Call the Admissions Office at Howard University--they can tell you right away if it'll be too late.

I agree, call the admissions office. You might have a problem because it usually takes CollegeBoard a month or two to finally release your official score - what you need for admissions.
The admissions director at your school might say that it's okay, as long as you fill out during your test that you immediately need to report the score to them (which, I'm not sure you can do. You can with the AP exam. I think it's your school that usually needs to send an official report).
