subways got 6gs fat or less thing goin but quiznos charges more and has more meat wich is the better choice

We have both a Subway and a Quiznos in the same shopping center and I've only been to Quiznos a couple of times. We went to Subway earlier today, as a matter of fact...
I prefer the variety and prices at Subway over Quiznos.
My pet peeve regarding Quiznos: they chop off the inch at the end of the bun and throw it away instead of giving it to you. And they sell Greek salads but have no idea what a crouton is!!! What's up with that?
I used to like Quiznos for the toasted subs but now Subway has that covered, too! And Subway has a great selection of sub rolls...need I say more?

Subway's sandwiches are my favorite, especially since they seem to be much healthier and cheaper than Quiznos....But only if they're made properly. Unfortunately, the employees at my Subway can barely speak English and cannot differentiate a black olive from a sliced pepper....hence why I go more often to Quiznos.

Quiznos taste much better, but Subway is healthier and cheaper.
Go with Subway, watch the calories and the walet!

Love Quiznos. You can request healthy toppings with them as you could with Subway. When I used to go to Subway years ago, all I would want was black olives and the "sandwich artists" would act like I requested gold shavings on the sandwich and they would not ever want to give up the damn olives. Sure Subway toasts the sandwiches, now you have the option to have a crappy sandwich on toast. It's a sad interpretation of a Quiznos sub to me.

I don't think Quizno's is low in fat, however. If you want low fat, better stick with Subway.
