well, assuming that the lot is square. you find that the square root of 1800 is about 42.426406 meters. that acounts for one side of the lot. you then multiply your answer by 4 in order to find the length of all four sides added together. you find that it is 169.705624 meters. now if you want to keep significant figures in mind, you find that it is 169.7 meters.
now if the problem gives you the length of one side of the lot, then you take 1800 and devide it by that length. whatever you get will be the length of the mystery side. you add the length of the known side and the mystery side. then multiply it by 2 in order to find the perimiter. that is of course if you are telling me that the area of the lot is 1800 square meters (M^2)(meters to the second power)

If it is a rectangle you will need to know at least the length of one side. 30 X 60=1800 with a 180 meter perimeter, 10 X 180=1800 with a 380 meter perimeter, 20 X 90=1800 with a 220 meter perimeter. For a square lot it would be 42.43 X 42.43=1800 with a 170 meter perimeter.

AHHH 42.426406.

sq meters will change between, rectangles & squares.

Take a 4x8 sheet of plywood (4x8=32) perimeter 24

take 24 divide by 4 you get 6, that's a square 6x 6 is 36.

I was told there would be no math, it's the sq root of 1800

Perimeter is the out side edge of the lot. Are you talking what is the square foot? Multiply the width by the length to get square foot.

Approximately 170 m. Since it's a square meter lot, this must be the answer.
