I'd look for them in a crafts store. Online, well, either a craft store online, or else try the arts and crafts section of eBay. Try http://sunshinecrafts.com or http://dickblick.com for starters. You might also try packaging suppliers like http://papermart.com . This is NOT a size you'd find in a supermarket!
