It says my myspace has been hacked into. And it wont let me change the password. Everytime i try to follow the instructions it says that myspace has encountered a technical error. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME !!!!

Have you tried contacting myspace to inquire about the problem? Though, since it is a free site you might not want to expect all that much from them (you get what you paid for). However, you might want to wait to allow time for the technical glitch to get resolved & then continue trying. If that doesn't work, then contact myspace. However, be prepared to have to start over from scratch with a new name & everything. Though this time don't have an easy password or have an easy reset question (if that's possibly how they got into it).

Myspace systems often have problems and need a little maintenence here and there, wait for a while and see if they fix the problem so you can complete the process of changing your password.
