unlocked las venturas and like i did a couple of torenos
missions and ive just bought the flight school...what mission
unlocks victim? and maybe diedersachs too?
ooh and lets save points and squeeze another question in
my friend found zombie facepaint in metal gear solid 3 and i was
wondering where to find that at

in mgs the face paint is in the area where all the fences are after the virtuos mission where the dogs are, you have to go under the first fence, therough the gateway of the second fence, now go to the right and there will be a big puddle of this muddy quicksand stuff, follow the wall round on the right and you will come across a small sloping ledge, lean against the wall and make ur way up the slope the face paint is at the end of that

You have to Complete all the missions in Las Venturas. When u return to Los santos then they should be unlocked. It'll take some time but u'll be ok.

For that clothing store... I think you have to complete a few more story missions. You're pretty close to unlocking it though.
Can't help with MGS 3- never played it myself.

Do and complete more missions and then the victim will open up. MGS? sorry i never played it before.
