Depends on how fresh it was and if it was contaminated with anything.

People certainly have survived by eating raw fish and seafood when stranded at sea or on some island.

Cooking of course, because of the high temperature it achieves, will kill any harmful bacteria that you might otherwise ingest that could cause illness.

And then....there are of course Sushi Bars.

Lobster Continues to Cook After Boiling The lobster’s hard shell acts almost like a small oven when it is cooked. The lobster will continue to cook itself until it is cooled. After a lobster is removed from the boiling water or steam, it is best to either eat it right away or let it cool down. Don’t under cook It is better to overcook a lobster than to undercook it. When a lobster is undercooked the meat is soft, runny and not very appetizing. Lobster should be cooked for 12 minutes for the first pound and then 1 minute for every quarter pound over that. So for example, a two pound lobster should cook for 15 minutes.

No you can eat seafood and fish raw.

Oysters are eaten raw and so is tuna and salmon. In fact most fish and shelfish is cooked rare anyway ie. scallops.

If the lobster was really raw it would be difficult to remove from the shell as it would not have solidified.
