Since you can't legally get a job, then I would wash cars for people in your street. If you charge $5.00 a wash and clean 10 to 20 cars, you can earn $50+ dollars as start up capital.

The fastest way would be to buy and sell things. Find something you like, think of how you would sell it (marketing and packaging) and then sell it.

Commerce is the fastest path to making money fast, otherwise you will have to grind at carwashing, lemonade stands and baby sitting.

I'd look around you and see how you can help your neighbourhood and then try to sell it as a product or service.

Could use a little more about you. Where are you? You could always dres in old clothes and set out like you need donations and see how many drop some change in your hat/box. Go around local small businesses and ask if there are small odd jobs that you can do. Let the person know that you are trying to make up money for a purchase and that any work for a few dollars would be well appreciated. Your father says you need to earn money to buy these things and would appreciate a chance to do some work to be able to do this. Just give you a chance please.

I earned a considerable amount of money at 14. Try offering your services to your neighbors. Shovel their walks and driveways, cut grass, rake leaves, wash their car, clean up after their dogs. There are many things a teen can legally do to make money. If you earn the $600.00, you may find an Xbox isn't worth the money they cost.

my bro is saving for a PS3 he does stuff around the house, yard work/shoveling snow, cleaned out the garage- which got him like 200$, washes the cars, helps my grandparents out, walk dogs, and sold all his old video games / cds / dvds that he never plays

Start babysitting, mowing lawns, shoveling snow, or walking dogs!
