This may sound weird but the last couple of days I have had strange sharp (poke like) pains in the bottom of my belly around where my ovaries are at, along with that i have back pains that are in the same area. They arent horrible pains but theyre just painful enough to annoy me. I know Im not ovulated. I'm pretty sure Im not pregnant. What could it be?

Sometimes your premenstrual symptoms show up early. I get tat every so often where I feel like I am having PMS for 2 weeks. Sucks.

sounds like a cyst to me. I have had them in the past and they come for me around the middle of my cycle and feel like sharp pains. They get gradually worse and then are gone leaving behind a little bit of tenderness. Mosy cysts are harmless. They can also make you feel like you need to go to the bathroom (#2) Good luck, i hope this helps

This could be because of muscle fatigue or dehydration. Try exercising all parts of your body. It also sometimes is due to disuse atrophy. Consult a doctor if it persists. You can also look for information in the web. I found this website very useful. http://aches.in/cramps.html
