Hurry back to your doctor, and ask for emergency surgery to reposition your uterus. I'm sure your legs hurt, your butt, and you find it hard to walk very far. To stop some of the pain try keeping your legs up above your heart as much as possible. Pyridium, which is indicated only for short term use only helps to contract the uterus back up.

When you gave birth, you had a prolapsed uterus after the placenta came out. This has unfortunately caused your body to have the ability to prolapse, or expel your uterus again. I used to work OB with labor and delivery, and we had a patient that this happened to. You need to have a "pessary" inserted. This is a doughnut-shaped plastic ring that will support and hold your uterus in the correct place. I'm surprised that your OB/GYN hasn't already done this. Go back and say you need the pessary. It will lessen your pain, and prevent your uterus from literally falling out of your body. Good luck and prayers.

Sometimes those of us who scar easily have to have the scar tissue removed from our abdomens.
I had a similar problem and the doctor had to move my uterus back, tack it in place, and remove a lot of the scar tissue.
Otherwise the pain gets worse and worse. Talk to your doctor about it. The surgery was much better than the pain I dealt with.

I would see a competent OB/GYN, this could be a serious problem. Until then, empty your bladder frequently and completely. Take some stool softeners, increase your fiber intake, and fluis intake, this will make stools easier and less painful to pass. Cut out any diuretics (flushes fluid from your body) ie. caffeine
Please seek professional help. Take care
