Can someone help me find something about the moon?

I need help predicting the moon's, altitude, azimuth, and type (new, full, crescent, etc.) between February 15, 2007 - February 28, 2007.

It will help a lot if you would give me all the requirements but it will help even more if you can give me a website that does this for me, thanks!
