Does anyone know where I can meet some US expatriates/tourist in Caracas Venezuela????

I just moved there and I need to know where if anyone of you out there are located in Caracas Venezuela knows where I can meet some US expats. I want to hang out and meet some of them. Any help would be awesome.

Cafe L'attico on the just north of Plaza Altamira on the east side is a great place to hang out and meet ex-pats.
