I've sat down and I can't get up. I have a bony whippet laying on me. He is whimpering in his sleep. (a whippet is like a smaller version of the greyhound... the dog, not the bus) I am just trying to decide where to go for Friday night dinner. Tasty Tom's wld b great. Or the Japanese Village.
Suddenly, there is a knock at the door.... I answer it. O, it's you. What r u doing here?
"I've come to warn you about..." a shot rings out. I drag my visitor in as he slumps in my arms.
What? What is it that u wanted to tell me? I panic looking for something to soak up the blood. He looks up at me and tries to speak. I ask him again as I loosen his shirt and belt buckle, " What is it? What were u warning me about???"
Suddenly he gets up and reaches into his coat. "That will be $24.17 including tax.
And so ends another episode of Home delivery Pizza Theatre.
