Is the proper name Arabian, Saudi Arabian, or just Saudi?

I think it is proper if you named them Saudi Arabian because Arabian is general not only for citizen in Saudi Arabia but also in other countries in the middle east such as in Jordania,Palestinia
,Libanon,Syria,Iran etc..Arabians can live also in other countries out of middle east such as in Pakistan,Indonesia,Malaysia,Bengla
desh etc.

a lot of people say "Saudi Arabian", and sometimes they just call them "Saudi's"
