My friend always seems flirty, but i'm not sure if it's just being flirty or friendly in her own way, I'll let you decide. Well everytime we stand in a little group and talk, she's always looking at me even though i'm not talking, and she'll be facing me the whole time and sometimes staring me down. Sometimes she'll get very close to me to where her hair touches my arm. If i don't do something that satisfies her, she'll make a little pouty face, then laugh about it. One time i layed my head down on her side of the table just to annoy her, but she lay her head down on top of my back. Why does she act like this? I'M A GIRL. But she completely ignores me around her friends.

She acts like this because she likes you. She may only like you as a freind though and not as something more although that is possible. She may only be looking for a good friend to hang out with. What is her body launge like? Are her arms crossed? Does she act sexual towards you? Have you ever tried talking with her about how she is acting? She may not even be aware of how she is cating towards you when she is around her friends.
By the way from what you told me here, do not be surpised if she says she likes you in a sexual way though. If this is the case do not get mad, just tell her your flattered, but not interested.

It's hard to answer without knowing how old you are. Usually it's easier to find out if you are older. I don't know why but it is just easier to talk about stuff like that when you are like 20. If you are under 20 people are still kind of worries about what other people think of them or what parents would think so then it's harder for people to "come out". Sometimes people are bisexual and they like the same sex but they are afraid to make any moves. You can always just joke around about it one day and watch for her reaction. Don't call her any names or anything but maybe say "you know you love me" or "hey baby" You never know. What do you want? Do you want her to like you in that way?

This chick definitely needs a second look. I mean, maybe she's not the right kind of girl to call a "friend" Look at this a little coldly and you will see what I mean. She demands special attention from you and gives you creepy looks if you don't give it to her, but she totally shuts you out and gives you less than zero around people who "matter" to her. Just call her what she is...an acquaintance and get to know people who give back.
