2. Emma Thompson was in 2005's Nanny McPhee and played Nanny McPhee.

3. James Arness was in 1953's Hondo and played Lennie, Army Indian Scout.

4.John Wayne was in 1960's The Alamo and played Col. Davy Crockett.

5.Charlie Chaplin was in 1931's City Lights and played a Tramp.

6. Boris Karloff was in 1932's The Mummy and played Im- ho-tep alias Ardath Bey

I only knew about Emma Thompson, John Wayne, and Boris Karloff. I had to look up the rest at www.imdb.com.
