My sims, graduted how do I move them in a town, NOT the houses around the university. and how do i make a basement?

oh geez i had the same problem.
lets see if i remember correctly, what i did was i had them in the university house and threw a graduation party then they automatically moved to the town. i think they went to the bin.
try that, it should work
basement? isnt it just like making a regular floor except you put in those connecting stairs..sry cant help you with that really i couldnt make a basement either so i just gave up. try looking on the official website, there should be some tutorials somewhere.

Once they have graduated they cannot move around the university because they no longer need to go to colledge.

Once gratuated they should appear in the family select box where you move families in.
As for the basement, it can't be done.
