Anyone know what the resolution was called? Can I find this without going to every single Senator's website?

I think its called the "Surrender Resolution". If those liberal pieces of crap had a backbone, and they really felt that the war is wrong, cut the funding. This is all just political posturing by the dems. Good luck to the Republicans that vote for the resolution and expect to get elected next time.
