find a good place for a hole ... maybe on the lower bumper ... scout out where u can get through or if u need to make a further hole through the front frame ... then plumb it with a good quality dryer vent hose .. one of the link type metal ones is best so it wont crush or rot out .. then connect it into ur breather box... find somthing to make a nice end on the bumper maybe even a dryer hose fitting, and shape it nice and paint it ... maybe rivet it on so it looks hitech... the hardest part will be getting from the bumper to ur breather box coz theres probably a limited route there .. personally i wouldnt go through the hood or fender ... and having the intake lower than ur breather box will keep water out ..

The only reason cold is better is that cold air is denser and (thus) has more oxygen per square inch, and that translates into more power for each drop of gasoline.

If it's efficiency you're after, you'd need a screw type compressor aka a Roots blower, and an intercooler.

If it's occasional bursts of power you want, a NOX system might be what you're looking for. It's the cheapest way to get power on demand, just so long as you don't demand it too often.

Oh, by the way, in case you didn't know, NOX stands for Nitrous Oxide (aka laughing gas). It's the stuff left over in the can when all the redi-whip is used up. Yup, it's the spray propellant used in whipped cream cans. So if you can figure out a way to squirt a spent whip cream can into your intake manifold, you'll get a boost of power.

How much cheaper does it get!

Yes... Go get a car worthy of sticking money into. And I think you meant 2.3 litre engine.

I wouldn't waste your time. A drop in KN filter will do the same performance wise and that's not much.
