well mayb u are, dont like b afraid of it, i mean i was deppressed,and my mom spotted it out, and we got help like a theripist, and im fine! so its not a bad thing to consider, and dont get scared or worried about it, just try to get help to help u b happy!!

are you depressed? If you get down, bad self esteem, anxiety, nervousness.....all that stuff can be fixed. You don't have to feel down anymore. If you aren't depressed and your parents still think so you just have to reassure them that you are OK and that sometimes you just feel down. Blame it on not getting enough sun or vitamin b or something.

go and be checked out for depression. i speak from experience. i dealt with depression for years before i got help. it very well could be depression. if it is, they can give you medicine to help you out. hope this helps. good luck.

just hide it. thats wat i do i hide my sadness and theres nuthing wrong a bit of depression just dont do crazy stuff
