What can I do to fight the legal system. I have talk to attorney's but they want a retainer fee, but, they are not quarantee I would win the case. Why should I pay them if I am not going to win if I want to go against the conservator in court. Some one with legal knowlege or someone who is going thru or been thru this please acknowledge me. I need to know what to do.

If you don't hire a lawyer, you're guaranteed not to win. If you hire one, you have a chance. Lawyers don't get paid for results. They get paid for putting forth an effort on your behalf.

Absolutely no attorney can guarantee you will win. You need to realize that now. As for retainer fees, that's normal so get used to it. If you make less than $14,000 a year you MIGHT be able to get civil legal aid. In Arkansas, a single individual must make less than $12,500, and a family of 4 must make less than $25,000 to qualify. However, if you don't make much money then you may be able to get help. Call your local court clerk and ask them for the phone number to a local legal aid service for civil law.

unless you know all the laws, and loop holes you stand no chance without paying a lawyer.. All court cases are that way ..with no guarantee of winning

It is better to put up a fight than just sit there and get sh*T all over

There is a lot of things you do not know such as- filing with the courts , filing the motions to request a hearing , gathering your evidence ..affidavits etc....if you are not willing to put up a fight
( win or lose ) at all costs then maybe it is not worth fighting for.....?????????
