Use the experience as a learning tool. Tough times can be the best teacher. They let you and everyone else know what you are made of. They allow you to change and grow.
I don't waste too much time on a pity party once I realize how good I really do have it. I've never gone to bed hungry. I've never been alone in the world. I've had a great education and met some remarkable people, seen some beautiful sights. It can't all be peaches and cream.

All tough times are difficult to accept , I first have to digest the problem and then I will settle to patience and usually the problem will solve itself .
