i have a tuner.. i just need to know what are the notes that need to be tuned, for example.. EADGBe is basic and in order to drop-D you do DADGBe..

That is too far away from the standard E tuning to achieve without breaking strings and warping your neck. You are better off using a Capo, which simply repositions the nut and puts you quickly where you need to be.

Your natural tuning is called A four forty, that's how many times your string vibrates to make the A note, hold down the G (4th string) string on the 6th fret then tune the open A string (5th string) to that note, then tune the guitar the way you would using the A flat you tuned too as your base tuning note

if you have a piano just hit the A# key and tune to it....then go up the A# scale..its really easy honestly, or buy a good tuner

first tune your guitar's open fifth string to standard "F"...then the rest of the strings shall follow...

Two ways
1. A#-E#-A#-D#-F##-B#
2. A#-D#-G#-C#-E#-A#
Actually these are known as Bb tunings
(enharmonic: same note different spelling)
1. Bb-F-Bb-Eb-G-C
2. Bb-Eb-Ab-Db-F-Bb
