how do you know when you're in the presence of greatness? what do you look for?

I'd have to say, when whatever they are doing looks like they were born to do it, it is graceful and easy for them to do whatever they are doing.
I look for the way they include their passion into their lives, how they use and share that talent with others around them to make others feel special and included on whatever special thing is happening.

Being around a talented person makes me feel creative, like I can do anything. There's a glow, an aura around crazy talented people, and they're usually really humble about it.

when you can drink milk and squirt it out of your eyes or watch someone dislocate their thumb and/or shoulder so it bends the wrong way
