Meredith is the obvious front runner, but I believe she will survive. Only for us to be shocked by the sudden death of someone else. Possibly a suicide!?

I think Burke will be the sudden death, Christina doesn't really want to get married anyway.
The real question is will George divorce Calli?

Shonda Rhimes, the creator of this show is awesome! She keeps the scripts under lock and key!!
Meredith seems like the obvious choice after tonight's episode. But, they can't kill off the main character, can they? I was thinking maybe Alex would be suicidal after all the pressure he was under in the ER lately. But, I think they are going to have Addison and Alex hot and heavy in the future.
Burke-It's doubtful, but maybe that is how they will do away with him- since he has been causing so many problems lately. I would have to say that he is one character I would NOT miss.
Other obvious choices would be Ellis Grey, or Chief. I can't wait for next week!!!!!!!!!!

It is simple. Her mother dies in order that she may live. They meet on the other side and say their goodbyes and their I love yous and then Meredith wakes up but is sad because she knows already that her mother has died while she was out of it. No suicide though it may seem that way to some who will watch it.

i think derek will kill himself because he will feel guilty of not saving meredith. he thinks meredith is going to die and he wants to be in heaven with her. meredith can't die because she's the main character, there's just no way.

AAHH I WAS CRYING SO BAD!.. maybe mcdreamy will commit suicide, he looked terrible. but things arent looking so great for grey!.... OR MAYBE CHRISTINA!. she was going crazy over grey not being in the hospital... who knows, ill definatly be watching!
