I know it isn't the rhyme scheme, but there is something within the scene that shows that Shakespeare didn't write this. If anyone knows an answer is appreciated.

The most important reason is that the scene is frivolous. There's no reason for it; it doesn't move the story forward, and serves no purpose but to bring on Hecate so she can introduce a song-and-dance routine. Every other scene in the play is loaded with action; even when the characters are just going off on soliloquy there is a great deal of internal action. But that one scene just bogs down and serves no purpose; for that reason modern theatres, which tend to be strapped for time and money, seldom perform this scene.
