Yes cuz I don't want to look at that nasty *** ****. It makes me want to puke and then punch them in the stomach and make them puke too. and then everybody coming down the street will puke and the gutters will be flowing with stinking, putrid, steaming, oozing barf juice. But no one will have to look at that damn booger anymore!!!!

Only if it was a friend of mine, otherwise, I'd just let them walk around like that the whole day unless I see them again. It would gross me out too much.
