Is there a way to Clear Yellowed rubber plastics?

Is there a solution that works good, that restores old aged yellow clear plastic that once was Bluish clear?

I know of one, but its not to safe to work with : SeaGlow

Soak rubber plastics in hot water and Clorox. It works on Tupperware.
