Open a ticket with a GM in the help menu (the button with the red question mark), they usually take a really long time to get back to you. The GM will whisper you in game.

On the bottom of your game screen there is a bunch of icons. One of them looks like a red question mark...click that and it opens up a window to the GMs (Issues that GM's can assist with) if your question is not listed in the FAQs then type one out and send it to them. If you did it right you'll get an "Open Ticket" icon right beside your mini map.
If you are logged on when they answer your question, they will whisper you with an answer.
If you are logged off, they will send you an in game mail that you can pick up at any mailbox.
