i really really really hope not. plz no no no no no, i couldnt take it if she did, but the next episode is title "Some Kind of Miracle" so maybe she lives. plz tell me she lives, i cried this epi. im so scared, i mean ik its fictional, but im so scared, if she dies i will probably not go to school for a week, oh and btw, the show is not named after her, the "Grey's Anatomy" is actually a famous book that is about the human anatomy, they just used the title and slapped the last name grey onto the character...so she might die...

Yes bu she rises again in fulfillment of the scriptures.
She walked on water and now she will rise from the dead.
Her mother on the other hand is a goner.
It is time to see if Meredith will grow without her mother to become that something special she was supposed to be and what will happen to her relationship with Derek if she does.

Yes, Meredith died. The show lost funding 2 weeks ago and they needed to wrap things up fast. This is insider information but I have a source.

btw the show is name after her because the anatomy book is gray's anatomy and they did a play on with words to make the show about her...she wont die its her show

I missed the episode on Thursday night and I just watched it on ITUNES. I sobbed so much when she was in the OR and when Izzy was giving her speech. I know she doesn't die.

I dont think they will kill her off. Im sure next week she will come back to life! i hope so! but if they do kill her character off visually then maybe she will have voice over parts throughout the show... i hope this doesnt happen though... i want her to live!

To the idiot who said the show lost funding: Do you really want us to buy that the #1 rated show on ABC and the #2 rated show on network TV lost funding? Dumb brain. On that note though, RIP to the OC
