Sure. I've got the kind of nose I should probably hate (I'm Italian with a Roman nose that's been broken), but I wouldn't waste money on rhinoplasty, personally. But if somebody feels that badly about their features and has the money to burn on plastic surgery, then why not? It's just not something that's on my personal list of priorities.

Rhinoplasty surgery is very safe nowadays. My cousin got her breast reduction, tummy tuck and facelift surgery in India by the company called Forerunners Healthcare .The Price for the surgery she paid in India was very less. She paid 30% of the cost she was quoted in America.
Forerunners Healthcare is very famous in India. They arrange cosmetic and plastic surgery for foreigners in India. I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories. They arrange financing for USA, Canadian, UK and other international patients who plan to have surgery abroad for low price, as the breast reduction, tummy tuck, facelift and other cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. There are huge cost savings. As a doctor I personally believe that surgery can be easily handled in India, as the quality of healthcare available In India is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star.

Hope this helps.

If my nose was that bad, I might but only if it really was terrible. There are so many things that can go wrong and then Id see that maybe its not so bad after all.

Depend on how much I hated it. Like if it was in really really bad shape, I may. Otherwise, No. Plus this is coming from and Italian with a big beak so I've gotten used to it.

You only have one life, it's your body. If you want to change something, think about for 3 months if you can wait that long, if after waiting and still want to change your nose, then do it.
If it would make you happy, then do it.

No, don't be so silly. I got a huge nose and never thought about it once.

I don't hate my nose. But it's your body, so make you own choice. Just make sure to do it for yourself and not for others.

No, I'm more terrified of surgery than of life with an ugly beak.
