a friend of mine has a varicole vein in his left testicle,i hear it might not affect anything but his right testis is smaller and he has gynecomastia. his the vein the cause of the gyno???

There is probably no connection between the varicele in his testes and gynecomastia.

He needs to go to a urologist for some advice and to ease his mind.
