I don't feel like a loser, or people asking or answering the questions, because I hold a long hour, hard physical labor job, and I'm disabled, but, for some reason, I love answering these questions that come on and I sit and answer, and usually am chosen best answer....are we losers, or just don't have a life, or is this just something that is better than going out drinking at a bar...??? Tell me what you think...losers, no life, addicted, lonely, bored, or just love helping people, regular people, solving regular everyday regular people things?

I don't think that we're losers for being into this. I think it's unfortunate that some people think that anything you do that doesn't make you money is a waste of time. I have to admit, though, not all of my answers are all that helpful. Sometimes, (just like in person) I just say some stupid comment. In general, I think Answers is a lot better for getting people's opinions than for fact finding. But you can learn things here that you might not be able to in other places.

I'm f*cking exhausted at the end of the day, and I like to sit here and goofily banter with people. I don't venture into any of the "helpful" categories. Most of us here in P&S are just jacking around. Also, I go to the bar one or two nights a week, but it's expensive. This is free, and still amusing. I don't think we're losers.

It's fun, and I enjoy reading other people's opinions on various things. The points system makes it even more interesting. And getting one of your answers chosen as a best answer is kinda cool. Another cool thing about it is the chance to help someone else out with one of your answers.

Weeeeeell, not all of us, haha. I just use this to keep me destracted from doing homework. I'm hanging out with friends from 7:00AM to 11:00PM tomorrow and Football on Saturday then Seattle on Monday. Hmmm, nope, I don't think thats very loser-ish. Most of the people on here don't seem like the loser-type.

I am sitting here watching ER and answering questions during the numerous commercials. I certainly don't consider myself a loser. I enjoy helping people when I can and I also enjoy being an a**hole when the question deserves that kind of answer.

being a rescuer is stuff that long ago got a thank u for doing~ today they expect it and don't care if you hurt from the way it treats you or not~they more u try to help people the more ur going to c why it has little effect on the norms out there~think of life as normal and everything you c from the center to the far left and right are normal people they are up to there necks in normal~at the ends are the bright one at one end and the battle ground of confusion and underachievers at the other end, epistemology's of how we know knowledge is the quality u bring to it~define your character and hold on to your values~the more the world changes the more it remains the same~just be there for the people u can be and enjoy the feelings that ricochet through life weaving patterns of accumulated personal experiences that u know where they belong and how to share them with beliefs in who needs them~self validating electrical force fields of personal energy is Gods way of saying thank u

I love answering questions. I don't think it is a loser thing to do. It is definitly better than going and getting drunk at a bar.
My husband works nights, and this is my pass time when the baby goes to bed.

At some point, maybe every other day, I get a little bored after work. Like now, my boyfriend is talking to me and, well, i'm bored. SO sometimes I check my email, sometimes I'll play a game online, sometimes, yahoo answers.

No, not losers. If we did not enjoy coming on here we would not be here. You get all sorts of different and funny answers on here. It is good for you except the fools that get on here and are rude.
