I agree with everyone saying I hope so. If she is the main character why do they make us hate her. She whines because she doesn't have Dr. Shepard. She gets Dr. Shepard and she is still whining there is no pleasing that girl. Her voice is even getting on my nerves especially when she is talking at the beginning and end. They should change the name to Grey's Whining.

She can't die.
The show is "Grey's Anatomy" She's the star.
I think they want us to think she'll die.
Then they're going to have another shocker that we won't expect. I love this show!

she didn't die...she won't....the show is Grey's Anatomy. Merithdeth is probaly in a dream sequence and its all going to go back to when she was underwater in the bath tub...

shes got a 6 year contract so she isnt off for good. they wouldnt kill her off..shes like the main character.
