I don't think theres a special acne cream for Italian skin...
acne is acne and it doesn't matter what your race is...
anyways yeah try proactiv my friend has used it before she said it works well but only if you keep buying and using it if you stop it'll come back well atleast thats her experience with proactive...

omg you have to try this stuff..... PROACTIVE.....its amazing mine cleared up in a 2 weekes. do not under any circumstances pick your spots they stay longer, if you dont then they go after a day or two.
REMEMBER if you have scars they will take a while to clear up.
otherwise go to your doctor he will give you aspecial formulated (and strong) acne solution...i have never tried this but a friend did and his cleared up really quick.
ALL WILL DRY OUT YOUR SKIN, THATS HOW ACNE WILL HEAL.....REMEMBER NOT TO MOISTURIZE WITH AN OIL BASED MOISTURIZER.
