Given that those are the only two possible outcomes, (either live or die) the answer to you question is everyone thinks that dr. gray will die or pull through. You have to be more specific in your asking.

There's no real way to kill Gray off, as much as I would like them to...she's my least favorite character. But even so, the show is actually named after her, meaning there's no real way to kill her off unless they want to re-name the show, and I'm pretty sure they're not going to do that.
