What is the controversy over this show? It's great. Keeps me smiling. No doctor in the real world would ever last acting like him...so why do so many of us hat him!! hes a character for goodness sakes everyone. He is what the world needs. some one to give it to us straight and precise eh?

I absolutely LOVE House!
I think the controversy is about his narcotic abuse; people feel that as a doctor, they shouldn't be glorifying drug abuse, however, there are many doctors in real life who do in fact abuse drugs.
House calls it like he sees it, and to be honest it would be refreshing to see a doctor speak the truth.
House is the best!!

I love him, too. He's the one guy who's real. Most doctors would restrain themselves if they were in his shoes. The thing I like about him is that he's straightforward. He calls a spade a spade. Either you get better or you die.

I didn't know that many viewers hated him! He cracks me up, but I feel sorry for him too--when you see him at his home, he seems so lonely. He's all bark and no bite, anyway. I'd like a doc like him on my treatment team.

i love it!! but then again the only reason i watch it is cuz the austrailian guy with the blonde hair is HOTTTT!!! thats the reason i watch smallville, because clark kent is HOTTTTTTTTTTTT!!!
