Yes, deodorant...no antiperspirant. Anti perspirant stops the sweat and it just seems unnatural to stop something from coming out of your body when it is supposed to. I use Alba Natural in lavender scent. It is very nice.

IF YOU DONT WANT A FRAGRANCE JUST RUB A BIT OF ANTI-BIOTIC OINTMENT UNDER EACH ARM. IF THE DEODERANT HAS " ALUMINUM WHATEVER " IN IT I DONT USE IT. IT TAKES JUST A VERY SMALL AMT OF OINTMENT TO DO THE JOB, AT LEAST THATS WHAT I DO !
