Avoid: Iceberg lettuce, raw beans, potato peels, salty snacks, nuts, chocolate, breakfast cereals, rhubarb, legumes (peas & beans), corn, onions, breads or any spoiled food.
Some good treats are: Papaya, pineapple, apple (no seeds as they are toxic!), banana, peach, pear, grapes, melons, strawberries, kiwi, mango, carrot tops, radish tops, escarole, alfalfa sprouts, green/red leaf lettuce, beet tops, kale, romaine, broccoli (crowns & leaves), bok choy, raddichio, parsley, clover, raspberry leaves, celery, chicory, basil, watercress, collard greens, cucumber, mint, dandelion greens, green pepper, cilantro, tomato, frisee, endive, and zucchini
Just don't give him too much.

While it's cute and not TERRIBLE for a bunny to have carrots as a treat, they are high in their water content as well as sugars and starches, so there are many other treats out there that you may be better off getting your rabbit hooked on.
Dry toast is a great little treat, if you make the most organic wheat bread into croutons, you can have treats for your bunny almost all the time that aren't as bad, and have a great quality for the bunny, in helping to appease their desire to chew.
Rabbits only digest about 10% of what they eat, and can get the runs and die from them very very easily. I would try to limit the treats, and maybe try to lean more toward chewy rewards, like some newspaper, or an old pair of cotton jeans you no longer want. Tearing them into strips, your bunny will love getting to get his chewing desire going, and will sit on your lap, loving every second of this.
Timothy hay is another great treat that is healthy for them to eat, relatively inexpensive, and helps with the desire to chew and tear.
There are flavored wooden blocks you can purchase as well, that taste like a treat, but are a sort of trick to get your bunny's need to chew out of the way while they feel they are getting yummies.
The easiest way to ensure that you aren't feeding your little guy the wrong veggies is to try to avoid any that aren't prepackaged specifically for them, and even then... use them sparingly.

Stick to vegetables that are on the safe list for bunnies, or a very teeny tiny piece of fruit (apple, pear, grape, banana) - like less than 1 tsp or 1T/day of all treats and that includes carrots. Just don't get any treats from the pet store as most of them are bad and don't give him seeds, nuts, corn, cookies, crackers, chocolate (thought to be poisonous).
Here are some links with useful info on diet including hay, which your rabbit shoul dhave all the time:

By the way, you seem to have trained your bunny to react to the bell and could use that to get him to go back in his cage. Some people use a clicker to do the same thing.

i hope that my answer will help you alot of help by giving yu alot of different things you can do for youre pet rabbit and make him feel happy .
Rabbit care :
I can say that bunnies lifes is about 7 to 10 years and they like things that make noises such as keys, on an unbreaktable key holder, emptly plastic or metal cans , hard plastic baby toys, and jar lids. they also like things that both move and can be chewed such as toilet paper or paper towel rolls . plus they do like to chew often so you can give youre rabbit branches from untreated trees( please dry the wood for at least a month to prevent any adverse reactions to the sap.
here some things that you can also feed the rabbit such with fruits and vegetables (foods treats)
kiwi fruit, small red beans, strawberries, black berries, apple, cranberries, mango. also dried fruits can be used as well. that you can buy from the groccriers store.
Dont feed the rabbit with any out door foods such fruits vegetables can cause serious health problems .
Example of high fat / or starch foods to avoid include : Do not feed any like such bread, seeds, chocolate, peas, cereals, oats, refind suger, corn, nuts, wheat, any other grains.
Water changed is also daily . if the water looks dirty need to clean it out and put fresh water .
For diets :
obesity is a problem with rabbits that eat a diet too high in calories and that don't get enough exercise. A healthy rabbit should be slim and sleek weight .But Grass Hay is one of the most important parts of youre pet's diet. where can yo u get it and buy from at any farms ,barns stores that is available .
Dont feed any straws can cause choking .
you can buy farm Hays that smell fresh , never buy damp or old hays . but must be wash any green foods first before you handle to gave to the rabbit .
If you there arent any farms or barns that sell Hays. then you can condsider try some broccoli ( leaves and top)
cabbages red ,green, chinese
swiss chard (anyy colors)
brussels sprouts,
celery leaves are good
collard green
leaf lettuce
baby green
carrot/beet tops
well that all you need to know

For a list of what veggies you can and can't give to rabbits, go here: http://rabbit.org/care/veggies.html
Personally, my rabbits love Romaine lettuce (which is perfectly fine to give them, people who say not to give lettuce to rabbits are either thinking that iceberg lettuce is the only lettuce in existence or else they are just wrong), carrots, cilantro, parsley, and BASIL. They loooove basil. In terms of treats, you can give a small piece of banana on occasion, but not very often as they are very sugary and rabbits will begin to prefer them over healthier fruit. You can also give small pieces of apples and oranges with the rind, or even a grape. Here is a link to what fruits are acceptable for bunnies: http://rabbit.org/care/fruits.html.
Of course, if he loves carrots, you may want to buy some more =)

Do not give your rabbit: lettuce, cabbage, and definately not chocolate. Apples, oranges, a little bit of celery - not too much, a couple raisins - again not too many, seed treats, spinach is ok, in moderation. Lettuce and cabbage are water and air, it will give him gas and make him very uncomfortable.
