Computer game passwords!?

i played star wars galaxies and i let people play on my account, so i had to change my password often and then when i quit for a little bit i forgot my password their any spam password hacking programs or tools i can use to try and get it? i gave sony all the info to the account to a T besides the 4 last digits of credit card when registers and they wont help me. so i was just wondering if anyone can help.

Doesn't some kind of mail get sent to your e-mail account? Check that for your new password. Or if there is some kind of forget your password button click on that.
