Houston Rockets. They allow only 90.5 points per game and their opponents shoot only 42.2% against them both tops in the NBA.

HAHAHA you said Phoenix!! There is no way a run n gun team can have a ranked defense. Look at the old Don Nelson Mavericks, nothing like a 121- 119 win over a non contending team.

Statistically speaking, it's Houston.
Whoever said the Suns needs to get their head examined, or they are just another idiot Suns fan that doesn't know anything about basketball. They are probably the WORST defensive team in the NBA.

Gotta be the Mavs...best team defense...they play collectively together. The best defender in the nba on that team? I don't think so.

I would say either the San Antonio Spurs or the Houston Rockets...
Great defense win games...that is why Houston is winning right now even without Yao Ming, truly, Shane Battier was a great trade for them...

Statistically the Houston Rockets lead the league in points allowed, and in FG percentage.
