Hi all,
So, a week ago I was on a vacation in Dubai...and I got about several hundreds dirhams left from there...but I noticed tha one of the bills (100 dirhams) has no silver seal on it??? I think it is fake and dont know what to do with it.
On friend of mine just told me that no all dirhams have silver seals on them and they are also legal and real...I think I am confused a little???

You are probably OK. If memory serves correctly, the older notes are the same design as the new ones but without the hologram.
A quick look at the Standard Catalog of World Banknotes confirms this. Notes dated 1993, 1995, and 1998 have the dashed foil thread but no holographic seal. The 2004 and 2006 notes have the seal.
