My hubby and I are debating wether or not road h*e*a*d is illegal. We both like it, but he won't let me do it unless it's nighttime, even if we're on the interstate. He says it's indecent exposure and lewd in public, I say that no one can see it, so it's not indecent exposure and it's not public if we're on an interstate in our own personal car. Who's right?

A victimless crime right? if your not caught it dose not really matter , but if the act causes an accident , guess what its a crime, hell i can be down right drunk in my car and as long i don't hurt no one and no one gets hurt it okay right , nope your hubby is right on this one.

You can get cited and/or arrested for driver interference if an accident occurs.
You are right, if no one can see it's not indecent exposure.
But you could get viewed by a security camera or a truck driver.
* Lets face it, the risk is half the fun or you would wait until you get home.

Its only indecent if you get caught .. But I'll tell you one thing you might want look out for and that is the Truckers they are in contact at all times with each other and you are going to be putting on quite a show.. I wouldn't stop at any truck stops it could get a little embarrassing, if you know what I mean....

yes its illegal, its indecent exposure,,but how they going to prove it???but even though your in your car you in the public......for example if you in you house, sitting by the window drinking a beer, and people can see you, you are in the public, and according on how many beers you had if called in, could get a public intox charge on ya, even though your in you home....you in public view, so you are classified as being in public.....this is true

Yes it is driver interference. It's not indecent exposure unless some1 sees it.But yes it is illegal.

If someone did see your husband would be right they might be able to get you on reckless endangerment also. As he would be distracted and it could cause an accident.
