In the episode when Pawtucket Pat is singing his song he says "though the beer maybe free, your just renting it from me" What does he mean, i dont get it

I'm sorry man, but why are you trying to understand a Family Guy episode? Anyways, I think the implication is that anyone who drinks there, will vomit it back up due to over drinking.
