Talk about it in the context of what is your sexual fantasies... for both of you. If you and your significant other can talk about such things without jealousy arising, then all you have to do is talk about it. Unfortunately, so many never talk about their fantasies because their SO will get jealous or hurt because of their personal insecurities.
