I tell her my dreams, so vivid, so real as they are. She feels I never really sleep. I feel she really doesn't remember her dreams. My dreams are sometimes prophetic, I am happy I dream like I do, I dream in flight, they are colorful dreams. Most of my dreams would be hard for one individual to understand or grasp. Do you see what I see or are you a non dreamer?

I'm glad that I dream. Even though sometimes they're odd & disturbing, it is a whole fascinating world. My sister says that she never dreams. I figured she just doesn't remember them. Someone I met recently believes in reincarnation. They said that a lot of our dreams are actually "memories" from former lives, which would explain why I have such vivid dreams of places I've never been (that I know of) & people I've never met. Some people are "old souls" they've been back many times & had many lives (though you forget your former life at birth, there are still vestiges which show up in dreams or deja-vu experiences). Other people are "new souls" -- this is their first time around, so they don't have a rich dream life because they don't have former lives to draw on...I'm not sure I believe in reincarnation. As a Christian I believe that we live here, we die & we go to Heaven or Hell depending on whether we're basically good or pure evil.

I don't know. I think it's more likely that some people don't sleep as deeply or don't remember their dreams or maybe don't have as vivid an imagination (I'm much more sensitive & have a more bizarre imagination than my sister which would explain why I dream & she doesn't.)

Who knows? I'm glad I'm a dreamer though. I've had some amazing dreams! My favourite ones of where I'm flying. I haven't had one of those in a while though..

Dreaming is essential for a healthy mind and body , dreaming is a relieve of bottled up pressures of every day life , so every body dreams , some dreams are in the deep cycle , and some other just at the edge of sleeping , obviously all her dreams are deep and can not remember them , but some day will happen when her sleeps are shallower especially when a child is present .

I love dreaming! I feel like I rarely remember them when waking up though. Usually something that happens in my day triggers my remembering a dream. I guess I really don't know that the dream I remember was really from the night before, it's kind of weird lol.

I recently read a research article that said that people who do not get enough sleep do not remember their dreams.

They are woken out of deep sleep by their alarm or whatever. People don't usually remember the dreams they had during deep sleep. Since they are awakened out of deep sleep, they don't go through the light sleep phase where people are more likely to remember their dreams.

Everybody dreams, some just can't remember them. I usually remember them, but I think I've hit a dry spell.
