Does anyone know anything about Vitex? What does it do exactly? Does it help regulate cycles so it might be easier TTC? Plz don't tell me to see a doctor, I am just curious! Thanks!

It helps your body to make more progesterone. I believe its a short-term use supplement and you are only supposed to take it for up to a year. I took it for about a year because I had low progesterone levels. I was taking USP progesterone cream with it too. I didn't really notice any difference with the Vitex, so I've been just using the cream. With the cream, I have no PMS symptoms. I have an online friend who missed her periods for sometimes 6 months at a time, who started having regular periods after using the cream for 3 months. The cream has to say USP on it. I use Progestacare.
