What do you think of the name Breven for a girl, she would be named after a friend (female). Thanks?

I think it's a beautiful name -- unusual, but not too strange. It's subtle and makes me think of pastures, forests, etc. I know that's cheesy but that's what pops into my head. I'm assuming it's pronounced like Evan, correct?

I think it's kinda cool as long as she can handle such a cool name. It's especially special since she's being named after a friend. If you aren't sure of the name you could always make it a middle name.

Wow, I actually think it's very pretty. It sounds very feminine to me, and it's not trendy, overused, or just plain silly. I think you should go for it. I'm sure she'll be the only Brevin on the playground, and that makes it an even better name. Congratulations!

I always think of what how the name will sound in the professional world or how it will look on a business card.

Breven reminds me of coven. It doesn't sound like a name but a word.

Brev also means brief or short... not a great energy for a person to carry...

I think it's a nice sounding name, but it might cause problems for her. People will think it's Devin, or something that sounds similar, and she will forever be correcting people.
