call an exterminator they are very hard to get rid of!

Everyone has bed mites. But to keep them at a minimum you must wash the pillow you sleep on once a week, your sheets and pillow cases too. Use a mattress cover on both mattresses. Wash often. Turn your mattress over and up at least once a month.
Also, make sure it's not crabs in your bed instead of mites. You can see crabs. Hey..... it happens to the best of us.

go to linens and things or 3d bed and bath type of stores they have sprays you must spray on your matress and bedding and vacuum off, use a vacuum with a hose attachment or dust buster and buy those anti microbial pillow cases and mattress covers

burn your bed!!! yes its that bad. next time try using bed sheets to prevent bed bugs

spray them w. professional strength pesticide..... if they lay eggs, you may need to spray again because the eggs usually will hatch even after being sprayed.
