A neo-nazi was jailed today in Germany for 5 years for claiming it never happened. The leader of Iran is also making this claim. Where are they getting this information? Are they claiming a large scale conspiracy between Allied nations made it up and faked the photos in order to build anti-nazi support?

There are crazy people in all societies that believe in stupid conspiracies like this. I've heard that a lot of people who don't hold kind sentiments towards the Jewish community believe that the Hollocaust was made up in order to convice the world for the need of the state of Israel. It's of no surprise that a Neo-Nazi (who hates Jews) and an Islamic Fundamentalist (who also hates Jews) claim that it never happened.

Believe it or not:

There are still groups of people that believe the world is flat.

There are people who insist that nobody has ever stepped foot on the moon.

There are people who insist that scientists plant evidence in order to "prove" evolution.

I think this falls as another one.

I think they just don't want to admit it really happened and are
shamed of themselves, or of their countries didn't try harder to
stop it so they say it didn't happen..

its sort of similar when you break something and tell your parents
nobody did it..

Because, people get mad when something rubs up against their clique and begins to hate them.
